Consider  this … We  shouldn't  define  who  our  neighbors  are  simply  by  a  geographical  location  alone.      A  person  who  treats  us  friendly  and  resides  in  our  community  should  also  be  considered  our  neighbor  too  because,  an  individual  that  acts  like  a  neighbor  helping  a  neighbor,  or  as  a  friend  helping  another  friend,  is  indeed  both  a  neighbor  and  a  friend.

We  don't  define  who  our  friends  are  simply  by  the  proximity  of  where  they  live  from  us  but,  by  how  they  have  actually  treated  us.      So,  the  proximity  of  living  nearby  to  us  should  not  be  the  only  fact  in  determining  who  our  real  neighbors  are,  or  our  true  friends.
